An Answer to Prayer
I want to take the time out of my busy schedule to write to you and let you know just how pleased the church and I am concerning the waterproofing your company did for us.
For years we have struggled with water coming into our church basement. We had water coming in through hydrostatic pressure and from the block. We were deeply concerned about the foundation of our building; for we knew over time it could deteriorate. After several attempts to fix the problem, we decided to pursue professional water proofing.
We knew simply placing a drainage system on the footer would be insufficient. We needed something that would take care of both sources of water and remove it away from our foundation. We investigated several companies, and though they offered solutions to our problem; we felt A-1 offered a commonsense approach.
Most importantly, your system works. We had several days of rain after the job was done and not one drop of water was on our beautiful basement floor. Also, the air circulators that exhaust the humidity from the air work wonders. Our basement does not smell musty anymore.
In a day in which so much questionable workmanship is produced and mistrust is displayed, it was refreshing to have a company like yours. Each of your men displayed a high regard for the church, worked hard and cleaned up after the job (which is usually unheard of). You kept your word by doing exactly what you promised.
