Excellent! Sales inspector Gene was on time for appointment and was very through in explaining what was need to dry crawl space and repair some damaged wood. The work crew arrived on time when scheduled. It took two weeks to do all that was needed, but they worked around the holidays without any interruption to our planned activities. Chris, the on site supervisor, was very professional and kept us informed of what they were doing each day and when the next phase would start. Bill, production manager, visited the site several times and also was very professional and answered any questions that we had.
