There is not a one-size fits all solutions to basements.  Each situation is different depending on the land your structure is built on to the type of structure you own to the source of the water leaking.  Our trained technicians will determine the location and then your options. We can dig a border all the way around and down to the foundation.  Then, reapply the waterproofing material that was applied to the exterior of your foundation when it was first built and since eroded.

This procedure causes the most disturbances to your structure.  The other remains in your basement and involves opening your basement floor.  We then may be adding new pipes, moving the drainage further out from the structure, or adding or replacing a sump pump depending on the specific needs of your problem.
