The Gator System is a sure fix, not a remedy.

The 3" P.V.C. is placed under the floor and beside the footing directing the water around the foundation to the sump pump pit. This keeps the soil and dirt, that supports the foundation, solid and not muddy or wet. This helps to prevent settlement of the home. If pressure is not released from under the floor correctly, it will cause the foundation to shift and/or sink. Water will find its way through other voids in the middle of the floor. Keep in mind all waterproofing systems are different and carry different warranties.

Right: The Gator System will help to relieve hydro-static pressure.  By relieving hydro-static pressure this will help in preventing future damage and cracking of your foundation.  Proper drainage is a key component to maintaining a foundations integrity.
